01How far ahead should I order?＋
Our daily collection can usually be reserved with 24 hours notice. Large boxes and events require 5–14 days depending on scale.
02Do you offer delivery?＋
Yes. Local white-glove delivery is available within each atelier region. Timing and fees are confirmed at checkout.
03Can you accommodate allergies?＋
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and sesame. We can guide ingredient choices, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
04Do you create custom flavors?＋
For qualifying events, our pastry team can develop custom glazes, finishes and presentation details.
05Can I reserve the atelier?＋
Private morning tastings and full atelier gatherings are available in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
